Moving on and on
A timely update to the previous post -just before I went to Australia in April, my BF's partner of 40+ died from Motor Neurone Disease. So it was a rather traumatic time when I arrived but having spent 6 months in each others company - and now back to the UK for a one month break to see family etc - I can say we are more in love than ever - despite the usual ups and downs of trying to live full time with someone whom you've spent at most 2 months at a time with previously. While I can't work in Oz (until I can get a Interdependency Visa next May) I have been hard at work helping my BF to de-clutter (he and his late partner never threw anything away!) including eBaying a whole range of stuff and helping to organise garage and boot sales. This is all with the aim of selling up and moving back to Sydney in the early part of 2008. The BF feels all of his friends are there and it would be easier for me to get work - and to go sailing!
All this means I have had no time for sailing but I have been running (along the beach - nice) for 1/2 hour each morning (I may love older, chubby men - but I don't want to be one yet) and swimming as the weather has warmed up - hopefully when we return form the UK it will be even warmer.
I've found getting on with GrayGay.com and the Federation of Gay Games to be much more time consuming than I have before - but I never had to work at a relationship before and that the most important thing in my life at the moment.
